Use this page when a registration form or ticket checkout shows a message you don't understand. Find the message below and follow what it says to do. Most problems can only be fixed by your organiser, so the table tells you when to contact them.
The page won't open

- "New registration not available.": Registration is switched off for this event. Contact your organiser.
- "Event registration is either not started or has expired.": You're outside the registration dates, or the event has ended. Check the dates with your organiser.
- "Registration is currently closed.": The organiser has closed this form. Contact them.
- "Page Not Found" or "URL is incorrect. Please try something else.": The link is wrong. Open it again from the welcome page or the organiser's email.
- "Portal is not accessible at the moment. Please contact to the event organizer.": Contact your organiser.
- "Event is invalid.", "Checkout form is invalid." or "Something went wrong.": The link or form isn't set up correctly. Contact your organiser.
- "Tickets are not available for sale, contact event organizer." or "No ticket available for sale.": There are no tickets on sale right now.
Your order page still opens after registration closes, so you can always get to tickets you've already bought.
Registration form messages
- "This field is required.": Fill in the field marked with *.
- "All required fields must be completed before proceeding.": The page jumps to the first empty required field. Fill it in.
- "Email is invalid.": Check the email address for typos.
- "@<domain> email domain is not whitelisted.": The event only accepts certain email domains. Use an allowed address, such as your work email.
- "Please register with either email or phone": Fill in your email address or your phone number.
- "Phone number is invalid.": Check the country code and the number.
- "Passcode is invalid.": The form passcode doesn't match. Check it with your organiser.
- "Image is smaller than recommended image, upload another image.": Use a photo at least 200 x 200 px.
- "Your profile picture is not uploaded, Try once again.": Upload the photo again.
- "Max file upload reached.": Remove a file before adding another.
- "Given user already used in event, try another.": Someone may already be registered with this email, so try logging in with it. If you haven't registered before, contact your organiser.
- "Event capacity is full, you can't register.": The event is full. Contact your organiser.
- "Capacity of this form is full, contact event organizer.": This form has reached its limit. Contact your organiser.

Messages when choosing tickets

- "You can not select more than" a number "for tickets" and a ticket name: You've reached that ticket's limit. Lower the quantity.
- "You need to select minimum of" and "maximum of" numbers for a ticket: Choose a quantity in that range.
- "Oops! You’ve reached the maximum number of tickets you can purchase in a single order.": Lower the quantity. Contact your organiser if you need more tickets.
- "Only" a number "seat(s) are left.": Lower the quantity to what's left, or contact your organiser.
- "Event capacity is full, you can't buy ticket.": The event is full.
- "Ticket Price Updated": The price changed while you shopped. Click OK and check the Order Summary.
Messages before you pay
These show in a red box in the Order Summary.
- "Buyer name required.": Fill in Full Name.
- "Buyer email is invalid.": Check the E-mail in Payment Details.
- "Buyer company/display name required.": Fill in Company Name / Display Name.
- "Please fill buyer all additional information.": Fill in the company fields under Add more information about the company.
- "Currency is not supportable.": Contact your organiser.
- "Total Ticket Price Incorrect.": The price has changed. Review your Order Summary and try again.
- "Only" a number "tickets left for" a ticket name: Lower the quantity.
- A list of emails with "These user(s) are already used in event, Try another.": Those people are already registered. Use different attendees, or contact your organiser.
- A message that some tickets have blank registration values: Fill in an email or phone number on every attendee card.
- "Order not created, try again.": Try again. If it happens again, contact your organiser.

Payment and order page messages
Payment results such as "Your payment is failed, please try again." and "Your payment is processing." are explained in How Attendees Can Pay for Tickets and Fix Payment Problems.
If a message says the organiser's payment account isn't connected, nobody can pay until the organiser fixes it. Contact them.

Common questions
Why does it say event registration is closed?
"Event registration is either not started or has expired." means today is outside the organiser's registration dates. "Registration is currently closed." or "New registration not available." means the organiser has switched registration off. Contact your organiser.
Why does it say I'm already registered?
Usually someone has already registered with that email address, so try logging in with it. If you haven't registered before, contact your organiser.
Why did my ticket price change during checkout?
The price changed while you were shopping. Click OK on "Ticket Price Updated" and check your total.
