The "Export User Scanned Items" feature on Eventify allows you to generate a list of attendees who have scanned specific exhibitors or sponsors at your event. This data can be valuable for follow-up purposes, lead generation, and event analysis.
You need to give the exhibitors/sponsors app access. Once you have added the sponsors/exhibitors as users, you can then link them to the user you have added. The user will be able to manage the sponsors/exhibitors from the app.

You can then export the scanned items of these users from the admin panel by going to People > Manage Attendees > Edit Users > Private Docs>Export User Scanned Items. This will generate a downloadable file containing the attendee's scan data. You will be able to see who has scanned the exhibitors and sponsors.
In the Eventify app, you can export the list of names from the “My Contacts” section.

Click on the QR and go to My Scans and you can view the list of names who have scanned the exhibitors or sponsors.

On clicking the download icon you can also export the list on your device.
