How To Create Polls For Sessions?

Admin can create real-time polls to enhance session engagement and connect with your audience. Live polls allow you to collect information in seconds, providing instant feedback and making your events more interactive. To set up polls for the session, follow the steps below:

1: Navigate to Sessions Engagement > Polls.

 

2: Click "Add New" to create polls for the session.

 

3: Select the session from the dropdown for which you want to create the polls.

 

4: Enter the poll questions.

 

5: Enter the options for the poll questions, up to 10 choices.

 

6: Enable the option to allow attendees to select multiple choices.

 

7: Enable this option to show the results to attendees after submission.

 

8: Click "Save" button once you have finished creating it.

 

9: Click the "Excel" button to download the responses.

 

10: Click the "Download PDF" button to save the responses as a PDF.

 

11: Select the session from the dropdown to view the published or archived polls in the panel.

 

12: Click the "Active Polls" button to view all active polls for the specific session listed in the panel.

 

13: Disable to archive or remove the created polls so that attendees won't be able to see them.

 

14: Click the “result” button to see the poll results

 

15: Click the “analytics” button to see the polls analytics

 

16: Click the "Archived Polls" button to view all archived polls for the specific session displayed in the panel, which can later be moved to publish.

 

17: Enable the option to publish the polls.

 

18: Click on the 'Live Display' button

 

19: To make your sessions more interactive with a bigger screen view, you can use the Live Poll url .

Click "Visit" to get redirected to this screen.

 

20: This is the Live Display screen, here you can choose any session

 

21: Select the session you want to display

 

22: These are the basic info about the selected sessions

 

23: Now outside the app also user can submit the poll by scanning the session QR

 

24: Click to select the particular Poll

 

25: The moderator/speaker will have the option to select any poll from the list of all active polls and that will be displayed on the screen

 

26: This is how the poll result will be displayed

 

27: And The live results will be reflected on the screen for all users to see.

 

28: Click on the “Clear Screen” option to clear the screen and when not to display any polls.

 


Once the polls are created from the admin panel, attendees will be able to access them through the app.

Attendees can open the agenda, select any session, and click on "Polls" to participate.

They can view all the polls for the session and also answer them.
