All in one app, great service and cool looking app.

We used eventify's event app for our 2 day conference in Feb '23 and our attendees were delighted with the overall experience. The engagement was top level with almost everyone downloading the app. We mostly used it for push notification but we saw our attendees using gamification the most. Something we never thought of. Very well done app overall good looking and easy to use. Will use them again.

How long does the demo take?

Most demos run between 30 and 45 minutes. We keep it focused on what actually matters to you rather than walking through every single feature. If you have a specific event coming up, we can structure the whole call around that.

Do I need to prepare anything before the call?

Not really. It helps to have a rough idea of your event type (conference, trade show, hybrid, etc.) and your attendee size, but we'll ask those questions at the start anyway. No slides, no homework required.

Will I be talking to a salesperson?

You'll speak with someone from our product sales team who actually knows the platform inside out. There's no hard sell on the call. If Eventify is a good fit, we'll talk about next steps. If it's not, we'll tell you that too.

How cost-effective is Eventify for my organization?

Eventify offers flexible pricing plans tailored to fit different budgets, ensuring you get the best value without compromising on essential features. During the demo, we can discuss your specific needs and find a plan that works within your budget.

What does the demo actually show?

We walk you through the platform live, not a pre-recorded video. Depending on your priorities, we can cover registration and ticketing, the mobile event app, badge printing and check-in, matchmaking and networking features, or the analytics dashboard. You tell us what matters most.

Is there a free trial available?

Yes. After the demo, if you want to explore the platform on your own, we can set up a trial environment for you. Most customers prefer to see a walk-through first so the trial time isn't spent figuring out where things are.

How much does Eventify cost?

Pricing depends on your event size, the features you need, and whether you want a single event or an annual plan. We'll go over pricing options on the call so you can see exactly what fits your budget. There's no one-size-fits-all number, which is why the demo exists.

We already use another event platform. How complicated is switching?

Most customers are up and running within one to two weeks. We have an onboarding team who helps you, not just a knowledge base article and a good luck!

Can Eventify handle large scale events with thousands of attendees?

Yes. The platform is built to handle high concurrency. We've supported events with 100,000 plus concurrent users without performance issues. If you're running a large conference or expo, just let us know on the call and we can walk through how the infrastructure holds up at scale.

Do you offer a white label option?

Yes. You can run Eventify under your own brand with a custom domain, your logo, and your color scheme throughout the app and web portal. This is popular with event agencies and companies that host recurring branded conferences.

What integrations does Eventify support?

Eventify connects with Salesforce, HubSpot, Zapier, Zoom, and several other tools. We also have a REST API if you need custom integrations with your CRM or ticketing system. We can show you how any of these work during the demo.

Is Eventify secure enough for enterprise use?

We're ISO 27001:2022 certified and SOC 2 Type 2 compliant. We're also GDPR compliant, which matters if you're running events in Europe. Data is hosted on a virtual private cloud with regular backups.

What happens after I fill out the form?

You'll get a calendar invite with a video call link. No follow up calls unless you want them, no emails every other day.
