Eventify's Session Engagement tools allow organizers to increase audience participation during live sessions through Live Q&A and Polls. These features enable attendees to ask questions, participate in live polls, and interact with speakers in real time while giving organizers useful engagement insights.
To access Live Q&A, log in to the Eventify Admin Panel and navigate to Engagement → Session Engagement → Live Q&A. The Live Q&A page displays all published and unpublished questions for the selected session. Use the session dropdown to switch between sessions, and choose the Published or Unpublished tab to manage submitted questions.
To create a new question, click Add Q&A. In the Create Live Q&A window, select a session, enter your question in the What would you like to ask? field, and click Save.
The Auto Publish Q&A toggle controls whether attendee questions are published automatically. When enabled, questions appear immediately in the Published tab. When disabled, questions remain in the Unpublished tab until they are published manually.
Select Reply beside a question to respond to attendee submissions. You can also rearrange questions by dragging them, mark important questions using the star icon, and export all Q&A data by clicking Export.
Click Live display to generate a presentation link that can be opened in a browser during the session. This allows moderators to display selected questions on a large screen for attendees and speakers to view.
To manage polls, navigate to Engagement → Session Engagement → Polls.
The Polls page displays all polls created for the selected session. Use the session dropdown to switch between sessions, view Active Polls or Archived Polls, and publish or unpublish polls using the toggle beside each poll.
To create a poll, click Add Poll. Select the session, enter the poll question, then add the available answer options. Each option can include an optional image. After completing the required information, click Save to publish the poll.
The Analytics and Results options allow you to review poll performance and attendee responses. Use Excel to download poll data as a spreadsheet or Download PDF to export a report of poll results.
Click Live display to generate a presentation link that can be opened in a browser, allowing moderators to display polls and live voting results during the session.
The second feature is Polls in event sessions that provide valuable feedback on attendees' opinions, preferences, and behaviors, aiding in customizing content and presentations to meet their needs.
