Misplacing invoices can happen, but fret not! We can help you retrieve your lost invoice.
You can search your inbox for emails from Eventify with keywords like "invoice" or "payment" related to the specific event time frame. But even if you can’t find your invoice, visit the dashboard to download it.
Once you have assessed the dashboard, go to ‘Sales Report’ to view all tickets. You can search by your order reference number, email address, etc. and choose your ticket. Click on the “View” button and a window will open where you get the option “Download Invoice”. Also you get the “get Invoice” option at the bottom.
Click on any, get the PDF file of your invoice and you can download it again and share it to anyone.
