Your event may be hosted anywhere, so you can set the timezone to give users the exact timings of the event activities. Set the event timezone, with the following steps:

1: Access the Eventify Admin Panel and navigate to Setup
2: Click on Basic Info
3: Go to Time & Duration
4: Click on "Change" to modify the timezone
5: Select the desired timezone from the results
6: Select the desired timezone from the results
7: Click on "Update" to save the change
8: If your event expects attendees globally, turn on the "Global Time Zone"
9: Upon synchronization of the event after this adjustment, all dates will be automatically converted according to the respective time zones of the attendees, on the Eventify apps for iOS and Android or the white labelled apps.
