Login to Eventify Admin Panel and click on People >> Manage Attendees to access the list of attendees for your event.
Utilize the following methods to manage users effectively: - Search attendees by name. - Filter attendees by: ➤ The user groups and Checked-in status. ➤ Alphabetically based on first names. - 4user statuses as mentioned below: ➤ All: View all added users. ➤ Confirmed: Users added by the admin who can access the platform without restrictions. ➤ Waitlist: Users added by the admin who remain on the waitlist until confirmed. ➤ Inactive: Users deleted or inactivated by the admin and cannot use the platform. - Sort the attendee list based on the "Added on" field.
The attendee list table provides information such as Name, Check-in status, Added on date, and Action items.
Perform various actions for individual attendees, including: ➤ Resend the welcome email. ➤ Edit user details. ➤ Delete the user.
Utilize bulk actions with the "Select all" or multi-select options, including: ➤ Moving selected users to the confirmed list ➤ Moving selected users to the confirmed list and send email ➤ Moving selected users to the inactive list ➤ Deleting selected users ➤ Check-in selected users ➤ Check-out selected users
