Managing event attendees efficiently is essential for organizing a successful event experience. Eventify provides a centralized attendee management system that allows organizers to monitor registrations, manage attendee statuses, assign user groups, perform bulk actions, and track attendee engagement from one dashboard.
To access attendee management, log in to the Eventify Admin Panel and navigate to People >> Manage Attendees. This section displays the complete list of attendees added to your event along with their registration details and available action controls. You can quickly organize and locate attendees using the filtering options available at the top of the page.
Eventify allows organizers to filter attendees based on: Status, Category, Country and Interest.
The Status filter helps organizers manage attendees based on their registration or participation status. Available status options include: All, Confirmed, Waitlist, Inactive and Checked-In
The Category filter displays all available user groups within the event, including both default and customized groups created by the organizer. This allows organizers to easily segment attendees based on their assigned groups.
The Country filter allows organizers to narrow attendee lists by country.
The Interest filter helps segment attendees based on selected interests collected during registration.
The Attendee table displays important attendee details such as Name, User Category, Designation, Phone Number, Country, Company, Check-In Status, and Added On Date.
The Search bar is used to search attendees directly by name or email.
The Filters option allows attendees to be filtered using additional registration and profile information such as status, category, interest, entry source, company, designation, etc.
The Edit Columns allows organizers to show or hide attendee information based on their preferences and event requirements.
The Assign as option allows organizers to assign selected attendees to specific user groups. These groups include default user groups such a any customized user groups created within the event platform.
Eventify also supports bulk attendee management through the three dots that appear when any or all of the checkboxes are selected. Once attendees are selected, organizers can perform bulk actions such as Send Welcome Message, Send Welcome Message to Unreached Users, Move to Confirm, Move to Confirm and Send Email, Move to Waitlist, Move to Waitlist and Send Email, Make User Inactive, Export Selected Users, Enable Networking/GDPR Consent and Disable Networking/GDPR Consent.
Additional attendee management features available on the page include adding new attendees manually, importing attendee lists, exporting attendee data, and managing user groups.
