To create a white-label app, you need to submit a form to the Eventify platform. Once the Eventify team receives your request for white-labeled app, they submit it to the App Store/Play Store. The approval process typically takes around 8-14 days or sooner. The team will keep you informed as the apps are reviewed by Apple/Google.

1: Access the Eventify Admin Panel and navigate to Profile
2: Go to Account Settings
3: Go to the Side menu and click on the "App Store Details"
4: Check and Confirm the App Launch Checklist. It is recommended to follow the checklist for a smooth app release process
5: Once you have checked all the recommended steps, click on the “Continue” button.There you will find all the fields required to launch an event to store. and input the required information about your app
6: Display Name in Store: This is the name with which the app can be found in store.
7: Display Name on Downloaded App: This is the name that appears on your phone once the app is downloaded
8: App Store Short Description: This is the introductory description for your app that appears in the store listing
9: App Store Description: This is the detailed description of the app that says all about your event and app as a whole
10: Privacy Policy URL: Provide the privacy policy URL
11: Terms & Conditions URL: Provide the terms and conditions URL
12: Support Email: Provide an email where the store can contact you in case of any feedback or queries
13: Support URL: Provide the support URL with support information for your app that will be visible on the store. This can be the contact page or support page from your website if you do not create a specific one for the app
14: Website URL: Provide a URL with marketing information about your app. This URL will be visible on the App Store. You can provide the url of the event webpage that will automatically be created by Eventify
15: Keywords: These are the search terms for your app. Add the keywords in a comma separated format
16: Category: Select the category of the event app
17: Logo: Upload a logo image of good resolution (1024x1024) that properly highlights your event
18: Crop and “save” image
19: Cover Image: Upload a cover image of good resolution (1024x1024) that if you like
20: Crop and “save” image
21: Click the “Save” button once the form is completed
