Eventify facilitates not only in-person events but also hybrid or virtual events, ensuring a seamless experience across all formats. Here's how you can virtualize your event effectively:

1: Access the Eventify Admin Panel and navigate to Setup > Basic Info
2: For hybrid events, specify the venue name along with details indicating its virtual availability. For virtual-only events, designate the event as virtual.
3: Proceed to Content
4: Go to Schedules
5: Create a new or edit any schedule
6: You can add the information related to the virtual session on the session details
7: Click on Additional Settings
8: Go to Session Youtube Live URL / Zoom ID
9: Enter the virtual session url
10: Additionally, you have the option to upload other relevant videos under the Other Video Links section. This enables both virtual and on-site attendees to access sessions

Click on Contents >> Schedules >> Edit Session. A window will open as 'Edit Track Session', scroll down and here, you can specify session video URLs under Additional Settings >> Session YouTube Live URL / Zoom ID.
