Eventify facilitates not only in-person events but also hybrid or virtual events, ensuring a seamless experience across all formats. Here's how you can virtualize your event effectively:
For hybrid events, specify the venue name along with details indicating its virtual availability. For virtual-only events, designate the event as virtual.
Click on Contents >> Schedules >> Edit Session. A window will open as 'Edit Track Session', scroll down and here, you can specify session video URLs under Additional Settings >> Session YouTube Live URL / Zoom ID.
Additionally, you have the option to upload other relevant videos under the Other Video Links section. This enables both virtual and on-site attendees to access sessions, catering to hybrid events as well as virtual-only events.
