Your account usage history gives you a clear picture of how credits are being used across your Eventify account. You can see how many credits have been consumed, what’s left, and a month-by-month breakdown of your billing cycles — all from one place inside your account settings.
Log in to the Eventify Admin Panel and click on your Profile icon in the top corner of the screen.

From the profile menu, click on Account Settings to open your account management area.

In the left-hand side menu, look for Usage History and click on it. This is where all your usage data lives.

At the top of the Usage History page, you’ll see a breakdown of your user credits split into three parts: the total credits allocated to your account, how many have been used up to the current date, and how many are still remaining. This gives you a quick snapshot of where you stand at any point in time.
Scroll down and you’ll find the Billing Cycle section. This shows your monthly bills along with the number of credits deducted in each period. Your billing cycle starts 30 days after the app is first used, and each month is listed separately so you can track usage over time.
Click the View Details button next to any billing period to see a more granular breakdown. This opens up the detailed usage information for that specific month.
Inside the detailed view, you’ll find a list of the users who were active during that billing period. This helps you understand exactly which accounts contributed to your credit usage for that month.
Q: Where do I find my usage history in Eventify?
