How to Send Notifications over Multiple Channels

Within Outreach, you have the flexibility to send notifications through various channels to reach your attendees. You can utilize both real-time push notifications and emails to connect with your users effectively. Plus, you can even schedule these notifications in advance to ensure timely delivery.

To begin, click on the "Create New" button. This will open up the "Send Push Notification" pop-up window.

Next, select the Notification Type - you can choose "Email & Push Notification" to cover multiple channels at once.

If needed, you can upload an image to accompany the notification. The recommended image size is 200 wide x 200 tall. 

Enter a catchy Notification Title within 100 characters to grab your users' attention. Craft your message in the Content section, keeping it concise within 235 characters to make it impactful.

Choose the Target audience for the notification. You have the option to select "All Confirmed" if you want to reach all attendees or pick a specific group of users for more targeted messaging.

If you want the notification to lead users to a specific screen or link, enter the target link in the provided section.

Decide on the Sending Method. You can send the notification immediately or schedule it for a future date and time.

Finally, when you're all set, just click on "Send" to deliver the notification right away or choose "Schedule" to send it at a later time.

By following these steps, you can easily send notifications over multiple channels and engage with your audience effectively.
