What is the process of offline payment or Pay later?

Offline payment/ Pay Later options on Eventify allows attendees to pay later. The user can pay for their tickets or registration fees using cash or other offline methods at the event itself. This option can be beneficial for attendees who prefer not to use online payment methods or who may have encountered issues with online transactions.

While creating the ticket, the admin needs to check this box to enable offline payment for this ticket type.

When registering for the event, attendees should choose the "Pay Later" option if they plan to pay offline. The next screen will pop up for confirming the information and a payment button. 

Also the payment link will be mailed to the user for transaction. The user needs to just click on the link and make the payment or he can pay the required amount using cash or other accepted offline payment methods.

 

Once the payment is processed, attendees will receive confirmation of their registration and payment. On receiving the payment, the admin will mark the user as “Mark as Paid” and a confirmation mail of their registration and payment will be sent to them. 

Note: the admin can mark the user as “Mark as Paid” even before payment on mutual understanding. In this scenario, the attendee will pay him in cash at the time of reaching the event venue.
