Transferring tickets to someone else in your event management app can be a convenient way to ensure that tickets don't go to waste if you're unable to attend an event. The Eventify app dashboard empowers you to manage ticket transfers efficiently.
Once logged in, navigate to your dashboard, go to Tickets>Sales Report. Choose the ticket you want to transfer and click on the “View” button. A window will open to show the ticket details and order summary.
Click on the option “Re-assign”, and the attendee details will appear. You can change the Name, Email Address, Designation, etc. to the new attendee whom you want to transfer or reassign the ticket.
Fill all the mandatory fields and then click on “Re-assign” button in the end to save the details and the ticket will be transferred to the new attendee.
