How to Send Event-related Relevant Emails

A convenient feature to send event-related relevant emails to attendees, exhibitors, or other participants. With the ability to send custom email templates and log the communication, you can effectively engage with your audience and provide them with important updates or personalized information. Here's how you can send event-related relevant emails:

Simply click on the Edit template from Settings to modify the Email Content and adjust the Email Template layout for all event-related texts.

After editing your template click on ‘Save’ and save the template then click the Send Test Mail for testing or sending the email.

Tip: Please avoid editing or deleting the texts within curly braces { } as they represent VARIABLES in the email templates.

Additionally, you can utilize your own SMTP settings to further personalize the emails. By filling in the following details: SMTP Host Name, Port Number, Username, Password, From Email and Test Connection Receiver's Email, you can customize the email delivery.

The Email Log feature in Settings allows you to view a list of outgoing emails, including the receiver's email, the date and time of the email, the email type (matching the Email Name in the email template), the status from logs (delivered, opened and failed), and the content of the email. This provides valuable information for tracking and monitoring email communication.
