Once attendees log into the app, the overview page will display suggested contacts based on individuals with similar interest tags.
Click on the "Attendees" tab in the side menu or from the quick link section to start searching for attendees.
Attendees can also search for others using filters based on user groups or interests.
Search for any attendee, then click to message, meet, or view their details. To schedule a one-on-one meeting with that user, click on "Let's Meet."
Choose the date.
Select the time from the available dates, or click on "Show My Availability Only" to choose from your available slots.
Enter the meeting title, location, and any notes, then click on "Schedule the Meeting."
Attendees can edit or cancel the meeting later from the meeting section.
Individual attendees can manage and create their own availability slots from the app by going to the Meeting tab and clicking the settings icon at the top.
In the messaging section, attendees can chat with suggested contacts who share similar interests.
From the admin panel under engagement>networking>matchmaking, admins can control and manage functions, including:
1. The option to display user suggestions in the app (located under Message > Suggested tab).
2. The ability to show suggestions based on common interests.
3. Adjusting visibility rules among users based on their primary groups. For example, if the Attendee - Exhibitor option is unchecked, attendees will not be able to view profiles of users who are primarily exhibitors.
