How to Gather Session Related Feedback

To gather session-related feedback, organizers can utilize session ratings as a vital tool. By asking attendees to rate their satisfaction and provide insights into session effectiveness, organizers can gather valuable feedback. This data helps identify areas for improvement and refine future sessions, ultimately enhancing the overall event experience. Additionally, organizers have the flexibility to customize the session-related feedback form according to their specific requirements, tailoring questions to address key areas of interest or concern.

  1. Access the Eventify Admin Panel at https://app.eventify.io/login and navigate to "Session Engagement".
  2. Click on "Session Rating" to access the feedback form.

ℹ️ Admin can also click "Export" to download all rating data for either a single session or all sessions.

  1. To check the rating of any session, just choose the session from the dropdown menu, and you'll see its rating status alongside the total count.

ℹ️ There's a default rating form that you can use and adjust either globally for all sessions or specifically for a single session.

To customize the form:

1. Click on either "Update Global" to modify the form for all sessions or "Update rating form for current session" to adjust it for the current session.

2. Use the Form Components on the right side of the form builder to select the desired field type.

3. Drag and drop the chosen field onto the left panel of the form builder.

4. Click on the fields, and a pencil edit option will appear. Click on it to make changes to the settings and rename the field's name.

5. Rearrange or delete fields by dragging them or using the delete option.

6. Modify the form name if necessary.

7. Click on "Save" to preserve the changes made to the form.

ℹ️ After the session concludes, a Rating popup will appear on the app for attendees to provide their feedback.
