Badge design feature that enables you to create accurate badges for attendees by incorporating their data. This ensures a seamless and personalized experience, enhancing event engagement and professionalism.

Here's how you can design a badge that will contain the specific attendee data.

  • Access the Eventify Admin Panel at https://app.eventify.io/login and navigate to Registration > Badge Printing. A Default badge will be available for you to edit but you can also create your own.
  • To create your own, click on Create New and you will be redirected to the designer screen.
  • Provide the name of your badge.
  • Select the category of user group you want to link with the page such as Attendee.
  • Utilize the platform's design tools to create a badge that aligns with your event's theme and branding. Customize elements such as layout, colors, fonts, and images.
  • You can also add custom logo, image and text to the badge design in case you require them.
  • Upload your attendee list to the platform. Ensure accurate information for each attendee, including name, title, and company.
  • Eventify typically provides options to generate badges in bulk. You can choose to print them directly or download a printable PDF.
  • Select the size of the paper you will be printing on. You can choose from the given list or define a custom size.
  • This is the most important step where you select the information you want to put on the badge. Simply show/hide the information elements and arrange the positions on the badge.
  • Once you are done with the design, save it and the badges will be created with the attendee's data for every element on the design dynamically, as and when they view or print it.
  • Use a compatible printer to print the generated badge sheets. Ensure high-quality print settings for clear and professional-looking badges.

🔔The default badge gives a common design for all user groups. You can design a single style for all or have specific layouts for individual groups.

Additional Tips:
  • Design for Readability: Ensure the text on the badges is clear and easy to read from a distance.
  • Consider Badge Size: Choose an appropriate badge size that is comfortable for attendees to wear.
  • Test Printing: Print a few test badges to check for any issues with design or printing quality.
  • On-Site Printing: If possible, consider using Eventify's on-site badge printing feature for last-minute changes or additions.
