Can I Have A Pre-recorded Virtual Session

Running a virtual session can be one of the most important requirements in today’s era of online and hybrid events. Follow these simple steps and you can create a virtual event session at Eventify. 

  1. Go to https://app.eventify.io/login and click on Content> Schedule 
  2. When you add or edit a session, a pop up window will appear like this:
  1. Fill up all session information and then go to Additional Settings.
  2. Here you can see the section with “Session YouTube Live URL/ Zoom ID”. in this field, you can add your video link for the event’s session. 

Eventify supports both pre-recorded and live sessions with integration formats aligning to all online event platforms likewise, YouTube Live, Zoom, Vimeo, Webinarjam, etc.  

Also, you can Restrict Start Time. If you enable this button, your video can be accessed after the Start Time of the session. A timer will be visible in the video in the app as well as website end, before the Start Time. 

If you disable it, then the video will be accessible anytime and always for attendees. 

Other Video Links: if you want to add more videos for a session, you can easily add your video links in these fields. One can add up to 4 video links and each link comes with the button Restrict Start Time. You can enable or disable this setting. 

File Upload: You can upload session related files in these fields. One can add up to 5 video files. You can upload supporting slides, documents and other files for more effective presentations for their prospects.
