How to Change The Ticket Tag

A ticket tag is a label or identifier assigned to a ticket to categorize or classify it based on certain criteria. These tags help organize and manage tickets effectively. 

To change or create a new ticket tag, please follow the steps below:

  1. Access the Eventify Admin Panel at https://app.eventify.io/login and navigate to Tickets>Manage Tickets.
  2. From the existing ticket, click on "Edit" or create a "New Ticket."
  3. Once you click on that, a pop-up will appear where you can fill in all the details of the ticket.

4. From there, you will see an option for "Ticket Tag." You can select from the tag list or you can also type a new ticket tag in that particular field and press "Enter." It will automatically be added to the tag list.
