How to Analyze The Chat Interactions in My Event

Attendee engagement metrics such as the ratio of engaged app users to overall attendees and the total app interactions are vital indicators. They gauge participant involvement, platform effectiveness, content relevance, and event satisfaction. These metrics inform event optimization strategies for better user experiences and overall success.

To analyze chat interactions in an event, access the Eventify Admin Panel at https://app.eventify.io/login and navigate to Analytics>Analytics Dashboard where you will find various cards showing the counts of different data. 

Here, you can see 

  • Attendees Engagement rate (Attendees who were engaged in the app from overall attendees) 
  • Interaction rate (Number of all actions users did on the app), which will provide insights into chat interactions in an event.

ℹ️ From the top-right side menu, you have an option to export the data and to change the date to view it as per your required date.
