How to Shortlist and Arrange My Event Visit

To activate the abstract feature within the Eventify platform, follow these steps:

1. Access the admin panel and navigate to Registration > Abstract Management in the side menu.

2. Within the Abstract Management section, initiate the abstract process by creating the necessary framework:

  • Abstract Info: Begin by inputting basic information to set up the abstract invitation.
  • Design Form: Customize the proposal form by selecting the required field types from the Form Components.
  • Add Reviewer: Establish a team of reviewers to manage abstract submissions efficiently. Incoming abstracts will be distributed among reviewers based on your chosen distribution algorithm.
  • Review Criteria: Define the parameters for evaluating abstracts by setting up review criteria and specifying point ranges for each criterion.
  • Publish: Finalize the abstract invitation by setting duration and limits. Once published, the abstract form will be ready for submissions.

3. After completing the abstract process, proceed to review, assign, and shortlist received responses from the responses section.

4. Choose all the shortlisted attendees and import them collectively in bulk. To do this: 

  • Navigate to People > Manage Attendees from the admin panel.
  • Click on the import option and download the sample file in CSV or XLS format.
  • Fill out the details in the downloaded file following the same format as provided in the sample file without altering any columns.
  • Once completed, download the file in the same CSV or XLS format and upload it in the import upload section.

5. Select all attendees or individually send them the welcome email from the People>Manage Attendees to grant access to the app.

By following these steps, you can efficiently manage abstract submissions and import shortlisted attendees for your event.
