Customising email templates for user groups allows you to send tailored communication to different segments of your event audience. Follow the steps below to create and assign customised email templates for specific user groups.

1: Access the Eventify Admin Panel and go to People> User Groups>

2: Click the pencil icon corresponding to each user group to edit that group

3: Go to Email Template section

4: Select the invitation email templated from the dropdown

5: Select the email template for Ticket Assign from the dropdown

6: Select the User on Waitlist email template from the dropdown

7: Select User Confirmation email template from the dropdown

8: Select the email template for Registration Confirmation from the dropdown

9: Click the “Save” button to save the changes
