The Advertisement feature offers a fantastic chance to present sponsors and exhibitors to a broader audience. Additionally, you have the flexibility to include any external link for the advertisement banner, redirecting users to URLs outside the app.
Here's how to seamlessly incorporate advertising for any external source on Eventify:
Once the advertisement page loads, click on "Add New".
A pop-up will appear where you can input the details of the advertisement you wish to promote.
Enter the name of the advertisement in the "Advertisement Name" field. Toggle the Ad to either a disabled or enabled state based on your preference using the "Enable/Disable" settings. Only enabled Ads will be visible on the app.
Choose the display screen from the dropdown menu to determine where the Ad should appear within the app. There are four types of display screens:
Overview Inline: Place the Ad at the bottom of the home screen below all other content.
Side Menu: Displays Ads at the bottom of the side menu.
Splash Screen: Shows Ads when the user launches the app, before the home screen loads.
Home Screen Popup: Presents Ads as a pop-up when the user opens the app and lands on the home screen.
🔔 For Splash and Home screen type Ads, adjust the display frequency in "Display Advertisement". If set to "always", Ads will appear with every app launch. If set to "once", Ads will display once per user and then cease.
Upload the Ad image under "Banner".
Link the Ad to either an External or Internal link. Depending on the link type, users will be redirected accordingly when they click on the Ad.
External Link: Provide any external link for the advertisement banner. This link redirects users to a URL outside the app.
Internal Link: Utilize this feature to showcase Ads for Sponsors or Exhibitors within your event. Select the sponsor/exhibitor from the dropdown menu to direct users to the listing screen. For further targeting, select "Link to Particular" to choose a specific sponsor/exhibitor. Upon tapping the advertisement, users will be redirected to the linked sponsor/exhibitor.
🔔 Select "external link" to advertise for any external source on Eventify.
Click on "Save". The Advertisement will now be displayed. Repeat the process to add more Advertisements.
🔔 You can also search the Ads, edit or delete the Ads if required.
