In order to add multiple sessions to an event, you may opt for bulk importing of sessions.
But first, you have to gather your data in a compiled form. Gather your session details in the way you want to import in a proper format with session titles, speakers, time slot and other required additional columns.
The next step, you need to organize your session data for bulk import in any compatible format, be it CSV or Excel format. You must ensure that each column would correspond to a particular session attribute like, title, time, speaker, track, etc.

Upload the prepared file (session data file) in the provided interface by following the given instructions. Select and upload your file from your device or cloud storage. You can also take a look at the sample for a better understanding. Review your data for a final check and just click on the ‘Import’ button. You should always check the rules and restrictions given in the ‘Notes’ section or else you will fail to upload your file.
Option 2 :
There is another alternative for adding bulk sessions by which you can import all information quickly and accurately. Go to ‘Quick Action’ and click on “Edit Schedules in Bulk”.

You just need to fill the relevant fields with information in the respective columns to ensure accuracy. When filled with all details, just click on “Save & Close” and you can finish the bulk editing step.
You can also add new sessions simply by clicking on the “New Session'' button on the right top corner. You can easily add, import and manage session details in an efficient way while saving time and effort. Bulk session importing can help you streamline the process of addition of multiple sessions. This can help you to populate event schedules quickly by filling in session information.
