How to Track Your Ticket Sales

Understanding your ticket sales performance is crucial for any successful event. The Eventify app dashboard provides powerful tools to easily track your progress and gain valuable insights. This guide will walk you through navigating the dashboard and utilizing its features to effectively monitor ticket sales.

Once you've accessed the dashboard, go to the Tickets>Sales Report section where you can view the key metrics and visualizations related to your event's ticket sales performance.

Total Tickets Sold: This provides a clear overview of the total number of tickets purchased for your event. Also you can view the number of paid and free tickets that are sold as well as the remaining ones.

Revenue Generated: Get a quick snapshot of the total income earned from ticket sales.

Sales Breakdown by Ticket & Order Type: This visualizes the number of tickets ‘confirmed’, ‘assigned’, ‘pending’, ‘canceled’, ‘initiated’, etc. You get a display of categorized data or you can click on “All'' to see the entire data. You can find the following information related to your sales: 

  • Order Reference
  • Tickets
  • Purchased By
  • Purchase Date
  • Purchased Amount
  • Discount
  • Order Total 
  • Action ( View Order Details and you can download the invoice here) 

Sort Sales Data: You can also sort the sales report by ticket purchase date, order reference id and total order value, allowing you to identify peak sales or potential areas for improvement.

Export confirmed data: Download the confirmed sales report in excel format, click on “Export Confirmed Data” and a pop-up window will appear, mention the start and end data during which time range you want the sales report, click on the “Download” button and a file will be downloaded to your device. 

You can also export the entire sales report by clicking on “Export All Record” and get an excel file downloaded in the same way.
