Organizers can create a ticket order manually from the Eventify Admin Panel; follow the interactive guide below to walk through each step.
Use a manual order when you need to record a sale yourself, for example a guest, a walk-in, a bank transfer or a ticket sold outside Eventify. The order appears in the Sales Report like any other order. To give tickets to special guests, see How to Allocate Tickets Manually To Special Guests. To bring in many existing orders from a file, see How to Import Existing Ticket Orders.

Under a ticket line, the Assigned Users section lets you name the people who will use the tickets.
Eventify checks each email as you confirm it. For example, you see a message if the email domain is not allowed for that ticket, or if the person already has access to the ticket.
If the ticket you are recording doesn't exist in Eventify, type its name in the Select or create box and choose to create it. The External Ticket Information window opens ("Add some basic information about the external ticket"):
Use one of the three buttons at the top of the screen:
Confirm with OK when asked "Would you like to create new order?". You see "Order created successfully!" and the order appears in the Sales Report. If you marked it pending, you can confirm the payment later. See How to Mark an Offline Order as Paid on Eventify.
