The Submissions page is where you work through every abstract submission for your event. In Eventify you can find submissions, make decisions, change who reviews them and export the data for your committee. It is the day-to-day screen of the abstract management software in the Eventify event management platform.

To narrow the list:
Use the view toggle to switch between the board view and the list view. The board shows a column per status. In the list view you can also filter by Status: All, Unreviewed, Reviewed, Feedback, Shortlisted, Confirmed or Rejected.
Click a submission to open it. You see Submission Details (the abstract name, who submitted it, the date, who it is Assigned To and the Average Point), the Submission Content, and the Decision buttons.

Type a note in Internal Comment and click Save Comment. You'll see "Comment updated successfully!". To change it later, edit the text and click Update Comment. The comment is also saved with the submission when you click Move to Shortlist, Reject or Mark as Feedback.
Click Mark as Feedback when the author should revise and resubmit. The submission moves to Feedback and you see "Abstract response moved to Feedback". This only works during the review period. Outside it you see "Review date is expired or not started yet".
Reviewer Activity lists the Assigned Reviewers, each with Reviewed or Pending. Click a reviewer to see their Detailed Assessment: the score for each criterion, their comments and their Reviewer Average. The Overall Average covers all reviews.
You can change reviewers while a submission is still Unreviewed.
If the new reviewer has Send email notifications for new assignments turned on, they get an email about the assignment. See How to Manage Abstract Reviewers and Their Workload.
Reject Selected applies to unreviewed, reviewed and shortlisted submissions. The warning says "All selected responses, except those already registered, will be rejected."
Delete Selected can't be undone. "All selected responses will be permanently deleted, including registered responses and any associated records such as speakers, sponsors, or exhibitors."
The same bar also has Export, and for shortlisted submissions Send Tickets and Confirm Selected. See How to Accept Abstracts and Turn Them into Sessions.
Open Actions above the submissions and pick an export. Each one downloads an Excel (.xlsx) file.
To export only some submissions, tick them and click Export in the selection bar. If there is nothing to export, you see "No Data Found!".
How do I export abstract submissions to Excel?
Open Actions on the Submissions page and click Export All Responses. The file downloads as .xlsx.
Can I reject many abstracts at once?
Yes. Tick them and click Reject Selected. Submissions whose authors are already registered are left as they are.
Why can't I change the reviewer?
Reviewers can only be changed while the submission is Unreviewed.
Can I drag a submission to Confirmed on the board?
No. Submissions can only be confirmed with Confirm Submission in the submission detail.
