How To Disable/Enable User Suggestions?

User suggestions allow participants to discover and connect with relevant profiles. Follow the steps below to enable or disable User Suggestions from the Eventify Admin Panel.

1: Access the Eventify Admin Panel and go to Engagement> Networking> Matchmaking

 

2: You can adjust the Matchmaking Settings from here

 

3: Keep this button enabled if you want show user suggestions

 

4: Enable this button if you want to show suggestions based on common interests only, else keep this button disabled

 

5: Disable this button if you don't want to show user suggestions

 

6: Now log in to Eventify and go to Messages

 

7: Click on "Suggested" button, If user suggestions is enabled, the list of suggested users will be displayed

 

8: If user suggestions is disabled, then on clicking "Suggested" button no user will be shown
