Sure thing! Outreach push notifications allow you to deliver personalized messages to attendees, giving you the power to send custom notifications in Send Push Notification, which we'll discuss in detail. These options give you the flexibility to tailor your messages and engage with your audience effectively. Let's dive into the specifics!

Send Push Notifications

Push notifications are like your event's trusty sidekick! They do so much more than just remind attendees about the big day. They are the pros at sharing any last-minute schedule or venue changes to keep everyone in the loop. These notifications can be sent in real-time along with accompanying emails or scheduled in advance. Here are the steps to reach users:

You can select one from “Push Notification” OR “Email & Push Notification”.

You can add an “Image”, upload it (image size must be - 200 x 200 px.)

Next, add a “Notification Title” (character limit -100). Then you have to add the notification “Content” (character limit -235)

You need to select the “Target” audience for the push notification. You can choose “All Confirmed” if you need to send notifications to all OR select any specific group of users like “Sponsor”, “Speaker”, “Admin”, etc. whom you want to send the notification.

When setting up push notifications, enter the target link in case you want to redirect the user to some other link or screen. Select “On Click Redirect to” and choose any option from None, Internal or External URL.

None: the default setting is “None” where the user will not be redirected to any other link or screen while tapping on that push notification. This is used to send generic notifications.

Internal: if you choose this option, the user will not be redirected to the selected screen within the app. This is generally used to promote a specific element inside the app like sponsor, exhibitor, speaker, etc.

External: if you select this option and place the URL in the given field, the user will not be redirected to the added link. This is used to promote any external page from your event.

The next step is to select the sending method. You can send it at that moment, click on “Now” or schedule it for later, set the date and time.

[Please Note :- Schedule notification will be delivered as per the event time zone]

The final step, click on “Send” to send the notification then or at the scheduled date and time.

Where to View Your Push Notifications

Go to All Notifications where you can see all the push notifications and the scheduled ones in the “Scheduled Notifications” section.

You can get the details for redirection target, recipient count, total read count, read rate for each of the posts.

Choose any and click on View to see the pie charts regarding Delivery Statistics and Platform Statistics for that specific notification.

Delete Notifications

You can delete the push notifications from the application as well as the admin panel. You can delete all the notifications at once or choose any for removal.

If you click on “Reset Notification(s)” you will get a confirmation message if you want to delete all push notifications.
