Understanding your ticket sales performance is crucial, but sometimes you need to share this data with others. The Eventify app dashboard, while offering valuable insights, might not always allow direct sharing of sales data within the platform itself. However, there are ways to export your data for further analysis or collaboration.

The preferred method for sharing your sales data is typically through exporting reports. Click on Export confirmed data to download the confirmed sales report in excel format. A pop-up window will appear, mention the start and end data during which time range you want the sales report, click on the “Download” button and an Excel file will be downloaded to your device.
You can also export the entire sales report by clicking on “Export All Record” and get an Excel file downloaded in the same way.

Once you've downloaded your sales report in an xlsx file, you can share it using various methods: Email Attachments, Cloud Storage Platforms like Google Drive or Dropbox and internal collaboration platforms like Slack or Microsoft Teams.
