When several people help run your event, you can decide what each of them sees in the admin panel. In the Eventify event management platform, admin permissions are set per admin and per event, so a colleague can manage tickets for one event and only content for another. This article covers the tools on the Admins page in Account Settings.

The page lists every admin on your account under Admin Name and Events. Use the Search by name/email box to find someone. To add a new admin, click Add Admin (see How To Add Multiple Admins To Manage Your Event ?).
Each row has these actions:
The pencil and bin icons don't appear on the account owner's row, because the owner always has full access.
Permissions decide which sections of the admin panel an admin can open. Anything you switch off is removed from their side menu and from their Account Settings menu.

A new admin starts with every permission ticked. Some sections are worth a second look before you hand out access:
If a new team member needs the same access as an existing one, copy it instead of ticking every box again.
#image# Copy Permissions window with the Select Admin field and the Common Events list
Permissions can only be copied for events both admins share. If they have no events in common, the window shows "No common events found between the two admins." Give the admin access to the event first (see the next section), then copy.
Event access is separate from permissions. An admin only sees the events you add them to.
The Update button isn't shown when you open your own row. After you add an event, open Edit Role & Permissions to set what the admin can do in it.
If an admin is locked out, you can set a new password for them.
Share the new password with the admin in a secure way. They can change it later from their own account.
The account owner can make two-factor authentication (2FA) mandatory for any other admin. On the admin's row, click Require 2FA. You see "Two-factor authentication is now required for this admin." To remove the requirement, click Turn off 2FA on the same row. This button doesn't appear on your own row; manage your own 2FA in Account Settings. See Two-Factor Authentication (2FA).
Click the bin icon on the admin's row and confirm with OK. This removes the admin from all events and cannot be undone. To remove someone from only one event, use Edit Event Access instead.
Can I give an admin different permissions for different events?
Yes. Permissions are saved per event. In Edit Admin, switch the event under Events and set the checkboxes for each one before you click Save.
Why can't I edit the account owner's permissions?
The account owner always has full access, so their row has no pencil or bin icon.
Why does Copy Permission say there are no common events?
Permissions are copied event by event, so both admins need access to the same event. Add the event to the receiving admin with Edit Event Access, then copy again.
How do I stop an admin from changing billing or the plan?
Open Edit Role & Permissions, and under Admin Features untick Change Plan and Manage Billing, then click Save.
