The Help Desk is the support panel built into the admin panel. It opens the Eventify AI Bot, which answers questions about setting up and running your event from the knowledge base, and it is where you raise support tickets and feature requests without leaving your work. This article shows how to use each part.

The panel keeps its state while it is closed, so an unfinished question or ticket is still there when you open it again. Chats belong to the event you have open. Switch event and you get that event's chats.
If you can't see the Help Desk button, an account owner has switched it off for your admin role under Account > Admins.
The welcome screen reads "What can I help you with?" and "Ask anything about setting up and running your event. I'll point you to the right page."

Every answer carries the note "Eventify AI Bot is AI and can make mistakes." If an answer is wrong, click Report wrong answer under it, describe the problem in "What was wrong? (optional)" and click Send. The report goes to the Eventify team.
If a link in an answer points to a page your event or role doesn't have, you see "That page isn't available for this event or your role."
Click the paperclip to add up to 5 files to a chat. Images and documents can be up to 10 MB, videos up to 50 MB. As the tooltip says, "Files are added to your support ticket. The assistant can't open them." Attach a screenshot when you expect to raise a ticket from the chat, so the support team gets it straight away.
A chat can hold 100 questions. After that you see "This conversation is too long, so it has been closed. Start a new chat to keep going." Click New chat in the panel header to start again at any time, or End Chat under the last answer to close the current one. Ended chats stay in your history.
When the bot can't solve your problem, hand it to the support team.

You see "Report added successfully." and, in the chat, "Support ticket #" followed by the ticket number "has been created. Our team will reply soon, and you can follow it under Support tickets."
These are the same tickets as Account > Report Issue, so you can use either place.
You see "Thanks! Your feature request has been submitted." and the chat notes "Your feature request has been sent. Thanks, our team will review it." Feature requests go straight to the Eventify product team and don't appear in your ticket list.
Click the clock icon (Chat history) in the panel header. Chats are grouped under Today, Yesterday, Previous 7 days and Older. Click one to continue it. Point at a chat to Rename or Delete it. Deleting asks "Delete this chat? This can't be undone."
On the welcome screen, click Resources to search the knowledge base by article title. Articles open on eventify.io in a new tab.
Is the Eventify AI Bot the same as the Help & Support chat with attendees?
No. The Help Desk button is for you, the organiser, and talks to the Eventify team. The chat icon with the Help & Support tooltip is the inbox where attendees of your event write to you. See How to Answer Attendee Support Chats in the Admin Panel.
Can the bot see my event's data?
No. It answers from the Eventify knowledge base and your chat. It can't open your attendee list, orders or attachments. For anything about your own data, raise a support ticket.
Does the bot read the files I attach?
No. Attachments are saved with the chat and passed to your support ticket. The bot itself can't open them.
Who sees my chats?
Chats are stored with your event for you and other admins of the same event to reopen from the history. Reported answers, tickets and feature requests go to the Eventify team.
