Overview
The Registration Forms section lets you build custom checkout and registration forms using a drag-and-drop editor. Forms collect attendee information during ticket purchase and are assigned to specific attendee categories (e.g., general attendees, exhibitors).
Opening Registration Forms
Go to Registration → Registration Forms in the sidebar.
Creating a Form
- Click Create Dynamic Form and select the attendee category the form applies to (e.g., Attendees, Exhibitors, Sponsors).
- A confirmation message notes that the form will include default required fields (email, name, etc.).
- Confirm to create the form. It is published immediately — no separate publish step is needed.
Available Field Types
Default Contact Fields (always included)
- Email, First Name, Last Name, Phone Number, Country, Interest
- These fields cannot be renamed or removed, and are always required.
Custom Fields (drag from the toolbox)
- Text Input — Single-line text (max 250 characters).
- Number Input — Numeric entry.
- Textarea — Multi-line text (max 250 characters).
- Checkboxes — Multiple selectable options.
- Radio Buttons — Single selection from a list.
- Dropdown — Single selection from a dropdown list.
- File Upload — Document or image upload.
- Section — A container to group related fields together (required for organising multi-section forms).
Configuring Each Field
Click any field on the canvas to open its settings:
- Label — The question or field name shown to attendees (required).
- Required — Toggle to make the field mandatory.
- Active / Inactive — Show or hide the field without deleting it.
- Exportable — Include this field’s data in attendee exports.
- Description — Helper text displayed below the field.
- Options — For Checkboxes, Radio Buttons, and Dropdowns: define the selectable values.
Conditional Field Logic
Radio, checkbox, and dropdown fields support conditional visibility. For each option in the field, you can specify which other fields should appear when that option is selected. This creates a branching form where attendees only see questions relevant to their choices.
Form Layout Options
- Single Page — All fields displayed on one scrollable page.
- Section-Wise — Fields grouped into sections, displayed one section at a time with pagination.
Form Settings
Additional options available for checkout forms:
- Cover Image — Upload a header image (recommended: 1030×490px).
- Description — Introductory text shown above the form.
- Capacity — Limit the total number of form submissions.
- Passcode — Require a password before the form can be accessed.
- Form Pricing — Enable a fee for form submission (separate from ticket pricing).
Reordering and Removing Fields
Drag fields up or down on the canvas to reorder them. Click the delete icon on a field to remove it (default contact fields cannot be removed).
Cloning and Deleting Forms
From the form list: use the Clone action to duplicate a form, or Delete to remove it. A form cannot be deleted if it is in active use by an event.
