Eventify supports two methods for checking in attendees: QR code scanning via the kiosk or mobile app, and manual check-in through the session check-in interface in the admin panel. Check-ins can be recorded at the event level (general entry) or at the individual session level.
Use this when you need to check an attendee into a specific session directly from the admin panel.
The attendee’s check-in time is recorded and reflected immediately in the check-in dashboard.
Attendees present their unique QR code (from the Eventify app or printed badge) at a scanning station.
Each QR code is unique to the attendee and auto-populates their name, ticket type, and photo on the check-in screen.
In the session check-in interface, select multiple attendees using checkboxes and apply a bulk check-in action to process several attendees at once.
