ProFinder helps you find event vendors and professionals for your event without leaving Eventify. You search by profession and city, compare what comes back, and keep the ones you like on a shortlist you can export. It sits in the admin panel of the Eventify event management platform, next to your other planning tools.

Open ProFinder from the admin panel menu. The page header reads "Find event professionals & vendors near you".
Under the header you see the note "Part of our Ultimate Plan, now available to you as a complimentary preview for a limited time." While the preview runs, you can use ProFinder on your current plan.
ProFinder gathers results from online sources, so treat them as a starting point. Contact each vendor to confirm prices and availability before you book.
The search starts as soon as you choose a profession. While it runs you see "Searching for professionals…". The line above the results then shows how many professionals were found in that city. Results show 10 per page, with page numbers at the bottom.
If nothing comes back, you see "No professionals found". Try a broader profession or another city.

Use the menus above and beside the results:
Switch between Card view and List view with the two icons next to the sort menu.
Each result shows the vendor's rating (or "Not yet rated") and a starting price, such as "From 25,000/event". Click View rating source to see where the rating comes from.
Click View More on a result to open its details. The window shows About, Specialties and Contact & Details, which can include Email, Phone, Website, Instagram, Address, a Google link and a Find on LinkedIn search. Click a contact row to open it, or use the copy icon to copy the value. Click Call to phone the vendor.
ProFinder starts you with one list, Main Shortlist. You can add more lists to group vendors, for example by role or event stage.
The Shortlists panel on the right shows the vendors on the selected list. Switch lists from the panel, and click Remove next to a vendor to take it off. An empty list shows "Nothing here".
Shortlists are kept only while you stay on the ProFinder page. Export any list you want to keep before you open another part of the admin panel or refresh the page.

The file downloads with the list's name in the file name. It has the columns Name, Role, Location, Phone, Category and List Name. If the list is empty, nothing downloads and a message tells you the list is empty.
How do I find event vendors near me in Eventify?
Open ProFinder from the admin panel menu, pick your city and a profession such as Photographer or Caterer. ProFinder lists matching professionals with ratings and starting prices.
Is ProFinder free?
ProFinder is part of the Ultimate plan. For a limited time it is available to you as a complimentary preview.
Can I search for a profession that isn't in the list?
Yes. Type it in the profession box and press Enter. It must be event-related, such as a type of performer, supplier or venue.
Why did my shortlist disappear?
Shortlists aren't saved when you leave the ProFinder page or refresh it. Use Export Shortlist as CSV to keep a copy.
