After a Quest has been completed, you can announce winners and notify them via push notification and email. The winner announcement is a 3-step wizard that lets you select winners, write a winning message, and configure the notification. Here's how 👇
Navigate to Engagement > Gamification > Leaderboard, then click the Quests tab. Find the quest you want to announce winners for and click the "Leaderboard" button on its row. This opens the Quest Leaderboard modal.
Inside the Quest Leaderboard modal, click the 🏆 Announce Winner button in the top-right corner. This opens a 3-step wizard.
In the first step, you'll see dropdown fields to select winners. The number of winner slots matches the Max Winners setting configured in the Quest.
Each winner is automatically removed from subsequent dropdown options to prevent duplicates.
Click "Next" to proceed.
Enter a winning popup text — this is the message displayed to winners inside the app. For example: "🎉 Congratulations! You've won the Quest Challenge!"
This message will appear as a popup in the participant's app when they open the quest.
Click "Next" to proceed.
Choose how to notify the winners:
Fill in the notification details:
Review your selections and click "Confirm Winner". A confirmation dialog will appear. Click OK to send the notification and announce the winners.
Once confirmed:

The winner announcement sends a real-time notification to all selected winners. Make sure all entries have been reviewed and verified before announcing — this creates a visible, permanent change on the leaderboard.
