Two pages in Eventify show how your call for papers is going. The Overview gives you the headline counts, the portal links and shortcuts. Reports breaks abstract management down into submissions, review progress, outcomes and presenter registration, for all abstracts or for one.

Overall Submission Overview starts with four cards:
Submission Trend Over Time charts new submissions. Switch between Day (last 7 days), Week (last 12 weeks) and Month (last 12 months). Before anything arrives, it shows "Your Submission Data Will Appear Here".
Status Distribution splits submissions into Unreviewed, Reviewed, Shortlisted, Confirmed and Rejected.
Overall Review Progress shows how far your reviewers have got:
The Review Completion Rate bar shows completed reviews as a percentage of all assigned reviews, with the completed and pending numbers under it. If the bar is low close to your review end date, check each reviewer's progress on the Reviewers page. See How to Manage Abstract Reviewers and Their Workload.
Overall Outcome Summary has four figures:
Overall Registration & Attendance Readiness tells you whether your presenters are ready to attend. It shows Registered (confirmed presenters), Not Registered, Shortlisted and Ticket Sent (presenters who have been sent a registration ticket link).

Where do I find the link for reviewers?
On the Overview page, the Submission Portal card shows the Reviewer Portal URL. Click Copy Link next to it.
Can I see a report for one abstract only?
Yes. Choose it from the dropdown on Reports, or click View Report in that abstract's menu in Abstract List.
How do I find presenters who haven't registered?
On Reports, click Export > Export Unregistered. The file lists shortlisted submitters who are not confirmed yet.
