Sponsor and exhibitor tickets let one company buy a single package that includes passes for its booth staff. This is how you run exhibitor registration and sell sponsor packages through Eventify ticketing: you set how many people each ticket covers, and how many of them the buyer must name at checkout.
Use one when the buyer is a company rather than a person. One purchase gives the company a set number of attendee passes, instead of the buyer adding several separate tickets to the cart.
The ticket belongs to a user group. When you create a ticket, you pick the group it is for, and the sponsor and exhibitor fields only appear for a ticket made for a sponsor or exhibitor group. For any other group you get the normal Min per Booking and Max per Booking fields instead.

Total Tickets counts packages, not people. A sponsor ticket with Total Tickets set to 10 and Attendees Per Ticket set to 4 can be bought by 10 companies and covers up to 40 people.
Attendees Per Ticket is the number of attendees included with each exhibitor or sponsor ticket. It must be at least 1.
On the ticket shop, the ticket card shows the included passes, for example "4 attendee ticket(s) free", so buyers can see what the package covers.
Attendee Details Required sets how many of the included attendees the buyer must fill in during registration. It can't be higher than Attendees Per Ticket. If it is, you see "Cannot exceed attendees allowed per ticket".

If you turn on Ticket waitlist in the ticket's Settings step, the waitlist Capacity is checked against the number of people, not packages. It has to be lower than Total Tickets multiplied by Attendees Per Ticket, otherwise you see "Ticket Capacity Should Be Less Than Quantity".
How do I sell a sponsor package that includes staff passes?
Create a ticket for your sponsor group and set Attendees Per Ticket to the number of passes in the package. One purchase then covers that many people.
Do exhibitors have to name all their staff when they buy?
No. Only the number in Attendee Details Required must be filled in at checkout. The rest can be assigned later from the buyer's order page.
Why can't I set Min per Booking on an exhibitor ticket?
Exhibitor and sponsor tickets use Attendees Per Ticket and Attendee Details Required instead of the per-booking fields.
Can the sponsor's company profile be created from their registration?
