The Overview page is the first screen you see when you open an event in the admin panel. It works as a built-in event planning checklist for your event setup in the Eventify event management platform: it shows your event's links and codes, counts for key sections, and a list of setup tasks you can split between your admins.

At the top of the page you see up to four cards: Attendees, Sessions, Tickets and Exhibitors, each with its current count. A card only appears when that feature is switched on for your event. Click a card to open that section.
The View Landing Page button at the top right opens your event website in a new tab.
Next to it is Reset Event Content. This clears branding, sessions, speakers, sponsors, exhibitors, maps, advertisements and more, and it cannot be undone. You are asked for your password (and a code, if you use two-factor authentication) before anything is deleted.
The Event Information card on the right keeps the details you need to share or quote to support in one place.
The settings icon at the top of the card opens Event Settings. Depending on the permissions your account owner has given you, you may not see the QR code, the links or the settings icon.

The Things To do card has two tabs. Event Setup CheckList lists setup tasks grouped by feature, such as Registration, Tickets, Schedules, Speakers, Exhibitors, Sponsors, Abstracts, User Groups, Event Settings and more. Only groups for features that are switched on in your event appear.
Each row shows:
Groups that still have open tasks are listed first. The list shows six groups at a time; click View More to see the rest and View Less to shorten it again.
The checklist doesn't tick itself when you finish work in a module. You or your admins mark tasks complete, so it reflects what your team has confirmed.
Click any group to open its task window, titled "Things to do in" followed by the group name. It says "You can assign admins to complete this checklist for a successful event". Each task has a short description of what to do.

Each admin you newly assign gets an email about the task. Saving the window again doesn't send the email a second time to admins who were already assigned.
To add someone to the list of admins you can assign, add them as an admin first. See How To Add Multiple Admins To Manage Your Event ?.
When a task's deadline has passed and it isn't complete, its button shows Pending in red. Click it to mark the task complete.
The Assigned To Me tab shows only the groups where at least one task is assigned to you. The number next to the tab name is how many such groups there are. If nothing is assigned to you, you see "No Task Assigned".
Is there an event planning checklist in Eventify?
Yes. The Event Setup CheckList tab on the Overview page lists setup tasks for every feature switched on in your event, and you can track progress for each group.
Why is a checklist group missing?
Groups only appear for features that are switched on in your event. Turn the feature on and the group is added to the list.
Does the checklist update automatically when I finish a task?
No. Open the group, mark the task complete and click Update.
Will an admin know I assigned them a task?
Yes. Each newly assigned admin gets an email, and the task appears on their Assigned To Me tab.
Where do I find my Event ID?
On the Overview page, in the Event Information card, together with the Eventcode and Event Validity date.
