Two settings control how many tickets someone can buy in one order: Max per Booking on each ticket, and Purchase Limit Per Order for the whole event. To let attendees buy more tickets in one order, raise whichever limit they're hitting. If you're not sure which one, check both.
Max per Booking sets the most of that ticket a buyer can add to one order.
Max per Booking must be equal to or greater than Min per Booking, and it can't be higher than the ticket's Total Tickets. If you need a higher Max per Booking than that, increase Total Tickets first.
Purchase Limit Per Order sets the most tickets a single buyer can purchase in one transaction, across all tickets.
Both. A buyer can't go over a ticket's Max per Booking, and the order as a whole can't go over the Purchase Limit Per Order. Raise both if needed.
No order-level limit applies. Buyers are limited only by each ticket's Max per Booking and the tickets available.
It can't be more than the ticket's Total Tickets. Increase Total Tickets on the same step, then raise Max per Booking.
Add-on tickets use Assign Limit Per User instead. With it set to Limited, raise the Max Limit Per User. See How to Use Advanced Ticket Settings.
No. Tickets made for a sponsor or exhibitor group use the included-passes fields instead. See How to Create Sponsor and Exhibitor Tickets with Included Passes.
