Besides Stripe and the Eventify payment gateway, Eventify can take ticket payments through regional providers such as Paystack, Xendit, PayMongo, Tap Payments and Square. This lets buyers pay with the cards, bank transfers and wallets they use locally, while you keep using Eventify as your event registration and payment platform.
All gateways sit on one page, each as its own card:
The regional gateways (Moyasar, PayMongo, Xendit, Tap Payments, Billplz, Square, iyzico and Paystack) are only shown for events that use Eventify's new ticket portal. If your event doesn't show them, contact Eventify support.
The Connect Eventify, Connect Paypal and Connect Razorpay cards appear only when that gateway is turned on for your account. Connect Stripe is always shown.
Before you start, create an account with the provider and find your API keys in its dashboard.

Eventify checks the keys when you save. If a provider rejects them, you see a message such as "Could not verify this Square access token. Please check it and try again." For Paystack, both keys must be test keys or both live keys.

Once connected and enabled, the card shows Enabled with a pencil icon. Click the pencil to update the keys.
Each regional gateway only accepts certain currencies, listed on its card under Supported currencies. When your event already has paid tickets, the card also shows either "Compatible with this event's ticket currency" or "Not compatible with this event's ticket currency" followed by the currencies it can't take.
If you connect a gateway that doesn't support your ticket currency, the account is saved but not enabled. Change your tickets to a supported currency, then click Enable on the card.
Some providers have extra limits:
Each gateway card lists the Eventify fee, which is USD 1 (or the equivalent) per paid ticket, plus the provider's own fees. When buyers pay through Moyasar, PayMongo, Xendit, Tap Payments, Billplz, Square, iyzico or Paystack, the Eventify fee you owe is recorded in your Platform Fee Wallet. See How Eventify Platform Fees Work: Wallets and Fee Receipts for auto-charge and limits.
Can I sell event tickets through PayPal?
Yes, if PayPal is turned on for your account. Its card appears on the Payment Gateway page with a Connect Paypal button. If you don't see it, contact Eventify support.
Which payment gateway should I use in the Philippines?
Use PayMongo for cards, GCash, Maya, QR Ph and online banking, or Xendit for GCash and Maya. Both accept PHP only.
Why was my gateway connected but not enabled?
It doesn't support the currency your tickets are priced in. Change the ticket currency to one the gateway supports, then click Enable on its card.
Why don't I see Paystack, Xendit or Square?
The regional gateways only show for events on Eventify's new ticket portal. Contact Eventify support to ask about switching.
