Not everyone at a multi-day event needs every day. With day-wise access, each attendee gets a set of event dates, and the app only lets them check in, RSVP to sessions and book meetings on those days. Dates come from the ticket they bought, from the registration form of their group, or from days you add by hand. This article covers all three, and what happens when you switch the feature on.
An attendee's access is the sum of all three. If none of them sets specific days, the attendee has every event date.

You see "Day wise access enabled". A second option, Daywise Schedule Visibility, decides what people who aren't logged in see in the schedule: Don't Show or Show Purchasable Sessions.
The ticket, form and attendee date controls below only appear while this switch is on.
Everyone who buys or is assigned this ticket gets these days.

Everyone who registers through this form, or is added to one of its groups, gets these days. When you change the dates later, Eventify updates every existing attendee of the form's groups as well.
Use this for groups that need to be in before the doors open. For example, if the event runs from the 5th to the 10th, give the volunteer group the 3rd and 4th as well for setup and briefing.
Before you save, the form shows what the change means for people already registered:
Review these counts and fix the attendees in question, or give them the days by hand.
#image# The Select dates calendar with event days underlined, the Event Day button and the selected-day chips
The picker shows several months at once. Event days are underlined, and you can pick any calendar day, including days before or after the event.
Each row shows where a day came from: the form and group, the ticket, or the name of the admin who added it.
Attendees can't RSVP to a session, check in or schedule a meeting on a day they don't have. For a session on another day, the app shows "You do not have access on" the date, "so you cannot RSVP to" the session. In the ticket portal, assigning sessions on days outside the attendee's access is refused with a message that lists the sessions.
Switch Enable Day-wise Access off in Event Settings. The dialog says "Attendee access will no longer be limited by date." The days you gave attendees are kept, and apply again if you turn the feature back on.
I don't sell tickets on Eventify. Can I still use day-wise access?
Yes. Set the days on your registration forms, create placeholder tickets and link them to attendees, or add days on each attendee's Access Dates tab.
What happens to an attendee with a ticket and a registration form that set different days?
They get both sets of days. Access is always the sum of ticket days, form days and manually added days.
What does "Specific Date Access" with no dates selected do?
It gives no days at all. An attendee whose only source is that ticket or form can't check in or RSVP on any day. Pick at least one date or choose All Date Access.
Why didn't my form's attendees get the new dates?
If you see "Your other changes were saved, but the attendees' access days could not be updated", open Form Settings and save the access days again.
