Registration and Login Date settings let you control exactly when attendees can register for your event and when they can log in. Outside your configured window, the registration form or login will be inaccessible.
How to access: Dashboard → Settings → Event Settings → Reg & Login Dates

By default, registration and login are open without any date restriction. Enabling either setting adds a date-range window. Outside that window:

Note: The in-app label reads "Allow Modifying Attendee Access Date" — this is the login date restriction, not a separate access control. Disabling it removes the date restriction entirely and attendees can log in at any time.

Toggle either setting off. This immediately removes the date restriction. You will be prompted to confirm.
Q: Why can't attendees log in even though they're registered?
The most common cause is an active login date restriction. Go to Reg & Login Dates, check whether Allow Modifying Attendee Access Date is on, and verify the date range includes today.
Q: Do date restrictions affect admins?
No. Date restrictions apply to attendees only. Admin dashboard access is unaffected.
Q: Can I set registration to close before the event starts?
Yes. Set the registration end date to any date before your event opens. Registration will become inaccessible after that date.
Q: What happens to registrations completed outside the window?
The window only blocks new registrations. Attendees who registered before the window closed retain their access and login ability (subject to any login date restriction you've also configured).
