Overview
The Manage Tickets section is where you create, configure, and organise all ticket types for your event. Each ticket can have its own pricing, capacity, sale window, and visibility settings.
Opening Manage Tickets
Go to Tickets → Manage Tickets in the sidebar.
Click Add Ticket to create a new ticket type.
Required Fields

| Ticket Name | Must be unique within your event. Supports multiple languages. |
| Ticket Description | Explains what the ticket includes. Supports multiple languages. |
| Ticket Type | Free or Paid. Choosing Free hides all pricing fields. |
| Price | Minimum $2.00. Required when Ticket Type = Paid. |
| Currency | Required when Ticket Type = Paid. |
| Sale Start Date | When the ticket goes on sale. |
| Sale End Date | Must be after the start date. |
| Minimum Booking | Minimum tickets per order (cannot exceed quantity). |
| Maximum Booking | Maximum tickets per order (must be ≥ min booking). |
Optional Fields
- Ticket Tag — A label or category for the ticket.
- Colour Code — A hex colour for visual identification.
- Quantity — Total tickets available. Leave empty for unlimited.
- Fee Setting — How platform/payment fees are handled:
- Absorb — You (the organiser) cover the fees; attendees pay the face price.
- Pass Through — Fees are added on top of the ticket price; attendees pay more.
- Payment Method — Online only, offline only, or both.
- Tax — Tax percentage (0–30%) and a tax name (e.g., GST, VAT).
- Status:
- Enabled — Visible and purchasable by attendees.
- Disabled — Hidden from the ticket portal entirely.
- Hidden — Not listed publicly, but accessible via direct link.
- Show Remaining Ticket Count — Displays available stock to attendees.
- Tiered Pricing — Offer different prices at different times (e.g., Early Bird, Regular, Late). Each tier has its own sale window and price.
- Waitlist Mode — When tickets sell out, attendees can join a waitlist.
Ticket List
Each ticket row in the list shows: Name, Price, Total, Sold, and Available.
Visual warning indicators appear when: the sale period has ended, tickets are sold out, a paid ticket has no payment gateway connected, or the ticket is disabled/hidden.
Actions Per Ticket
- Edit — Modify any field. Quantity cannot be reduced below the number already sold.
- Clone — Duplicate the ticket with identical settings.
- Set Sold Out — Manually mark the ticket as sold out (toggle).
- Copy & Embed — Get a shareable URL or embed code for this specific ticket.
- Sessions — View and manage sessions associated with this ticket type.
- Delete — Only available if zero tickets have been sold for this type.
Sorting the Ticket List
You can reorder how tickets appear to attendees using these sort options:
- Manual — Drag and drop to set a custom order.
- Top Sold — Sorted by most sales (descending).
- Ending Soon — Sorted by earliest sale end date.
Validations
- Ticket name must be unique within the event.
- Paid ticket price must be ≥ $2.00 in the selected currency.
- For tiered pricing, tier names must be unique and date ranges must not overlap.
