Overview
If an attendee was checked in by mistake, you can reset their check-in status directly from the session check-in interface in the admin panel.
Steps to Undo a Check-In
- Go to Schedules in the sidebar and open the relevant session.
- Navigate to the session’s Check-In tab or guest list.
- Find the checked-in attendee by name or email.
- Click the Reset button next to the attendee’s name.
The check-in record is removed and the attendee’s status reverts to not checked in. The change is reflected immediately in the check-in dashboard.
Bulk Reset
To undo check-ins for multiple attendees at once:
- Select the relevant attendees using the checkboxes in the session check-in list.
- Use the bulk Reset action to undo all selected check-ins in a single operation.
Notes
- Resetting a check-in does not remove the attendee from the session or their ticket — it only clears the check-in timestamp.
- The attendee can be checked in again after a reset.
- Undo is only available from the session check-in interface, not from the Check-In Dashboard (which is a read-only analytics view).
