If the date format on your registration form looks different for different attendees, this is expected behaviour. Date and time fields render based on each attendee's browser or mobile device locale, not on a setting controlled by the event admin.
For example, an attendee browsing from the United States sees May 6th displayed as 5/6/26. An attendee browsing from India or the United Kingdom sees the same date as 6/5/26. The underlying value stored on Eventify is identical in both cases, so reports, exports, and admin views remain consistent regardless of how individual attendees view the field.
