The Badge Printing section lets you design custom name badge templates and generate printable PDFs for your attendees. Templates can include attendee data fields (name, email, ticket type, custom form responses) and QR codes.
Go to Registration → Badge Printing in the sidebar.
Drag elements from the left sidebar onto the canvas:

| Image | Upload a logo, photo, or any image. |
| QR Code | Attendee’s unique event QR code (used for check-in scanning). Foreground and background colours are customisable. |
| Shapes | Rectangle, Circle, Triangle, Star, Heart, Hexagon — with fill colour, stroke, and opacity controls. |
The template list shows all saved templates with columns: Name, Category, Date Created, and Actions.
For double-sided printing, enable Two-Sided Badge in Kiosk Settings. Choose Fold at Top (portrait) or Fold at Bottom (landscape) to set the fold orientation.
Badge templates can be associated with a ticket type via the form settings for that ticket’s checkout form. When generating badges, Eventify uses the template linked to each attendee’s ticket type.
