The event photo gallery shows photos from your event to attendees in the Eventify event app and portal. As an organiser you can add photos yourself, bring them in from Google Photos, and keep the gallery tidy by sorting, reordering and removing photos. Attendee uploads appear in the same list.
Your event may call this section something else if you renamed it in your app menu.

Click the name at the top of a photo card to open that person's profile.
You can upload up to 10 photos at a time. JPEG and PNG files are accepted, and each file can be up to 50 MB.

When every photo is added you see "All images uploaded successfully!". If some photos could not be added, the message tells you how many made it, for example "8 uploaded out of 10".
If you pick more than 10 photos you see "Only 10 images are allowed to upload at a time" and nothing is selected. Pick 10 or fewer and try again. A file over 50 MB is skipped with the message "Maximum allowed file size is 50 MB".
If your photographer shares photos through Google Photos, you can bring up to 50 photos into the gallery in one go.

When the import finishes you see "All images uploaded successfully!", or a count such as "40 uploaded out of 50" if some photos could not be added. The new photos then show in the gallery. To import more than 50 photos, repeat the steps.
If the Google Photos tab doesn't open, allow pop-ups for the admin panel in your browser and try again. If you see "Google access token failed", click Google Photos again and sign in once more.
Use the search box, "Search by name/email", to find photos posted by a particular person.
Use the sort menu to change the order of the grid:

You see "Image deleted successfully!". Deleting can't be undone. If the photo was a winning entry in a photo contest, it is also removed from the winners.

To save all photos after the event, click Export and choose Export XLSX for a spreadsheet of image links, or Export ZIP to download the photo files. The Export button shows once the gallery has at least one photo. See How To Export Gallery Images?.
How many photos can I upload to the event gallery at once?
Up to 10 photos per upload from your computer, and up to 50 photos per import from Google Photos. Repeat the upload to add more.
What file types can I upload to the gallery?
JPEG and PNG images, each up to 50 MB.
Can I import photos from Google Photos into my event gallery?
Yes. Click Google Photos, sign in, pick up to 50 photos in the Google Photos tab and click Done. Keep that tab open until the upload finishes.
How do I change the order of photos in the gallery?
Choose Sort By Display Order and drag the photos into the order you want. The order saves when you drop each photo.
Can I get deleted photos back?
No. Deleting a photo is permanent, so download a copy first if you might need it.
