Your abstract reviewers score submissions in their own reviewer portal, and you manage them from one page in the admin panel. In Eventify you can invite reviewers, cap how many submissions each one gets, switch them off and follow their progress. This page is part of the abstract management software built into the Eventify event management platform.
#image# Reviewer Management page with the four stat cards, the reviewer portal link and the reviewer table
At the top you see the reviewer portal link. Click the copy icon to copy it, or click Visit to open it in a new tab. Share this link with your reviewers so they can log in.
The table lists every reviewer with Reviewer Name, Assigned Submissions, Status and Actions. Use Search to find a reviewer.

If the email already belongs to a reviewer, you see "This email id already exists!".
To change the wording of the emails reviewers receive, click Assignment Email or Reviewer Added Email at the bottom of the window. You can also add reviewers from the Add Reviewer step when you build an abstract.
Max Workload (Submissions) is the maximum number of abstracts that can be assigned to this reviewer. It is required and must be greater than 0. If you don't want a limit, use a high value, such as 10000, as the field's own help text suggests.
The workload matters most when an abstract uses Random Distribution, which assigns submissions to each reviewer based on this maximum. See How to Set Up Multi-Round Abstract Reviews for the distribution options.
To change a reviewer's workload later:
When Send email notifications for new assignments is ticked, the reviewer gets an email whenever an abstract is assigned to them. This includes assignments you make yourself with Change Reviewer on a submission. The option is set when you invite the reviewer.
To reset a password:
To stop a reviewer without losing their work, use the toggle in the Status column. It switches between Active and Inactive, and you'll see "Reviewer disabled successfully" or "Reviewer enabled successfully".
You can also delete a reviewer with the delete icon. If they have assigned submissions, the warning says deleting "will permanently remove all their reviews" and recommends disabling the reviewer instead.
The four cards at the top of the page show:
#image# Assigned Submissions window listing each abstract with Review Status, Submission Status and Average Point
To see one reviewer's work, click the view icon (View Assigned Submissions) in their row. The Assigned Submissions window lists each abstract with Title & Author, Review Status (Reviewed or Pending), Submission Status, Average Point and Reviewed At. Use Filter to show only pending or reviewed items, and click View to open a submission.
How do I add a reviewer for abstracts?
Go to Registration > Call for Proposals (v2) > Reviewers, click Add Reviewer, fill in the details and click Save & Send Email.
How many abstracts can one reviewer get?
Up to the number in Max Workload (Submissions). Set a high value, such as 10000, if you don't want to limit them.
Should I delete or disable a reviewer who leaves?
Disable them with the Status toggle. Deleting a reviewer with assigned submissions permanently removes all their reviews.
Where do reviewers log in?
At the reviewer portal link shown at the top of the Reviewer Management page. Copy it and send it to them.
